The artist, Mitä? wrote a wonderful intro to explain and express the process and sound of their work, but I don't think I could do them the appropriate justice without making a statement. This work is random, absurd, beautiful, stunning, terrible, pointless, and life-changing. As you listen through the work you will find yourself experiencing a large range of emotions and thoughts that will hopefully leave you as befuddled as I am. This is my first experience working with Mitä?, but I must say he has probably put the most work into an audio visual experience that would suggest to the unsavy listener that he provided no work at all. This is an absolute SP classic. Live it, love it.

No one really likes Oddities collections, almost no one
listens noise or experimental electronic, 99.5 % of people loathe the
word avantgarde. WHAT COULD BE BETTER THAN AN ODDITIES COLLECTION OF
AVANTGARDE NOISE / EXPERIMENTAL ELECTRONIC MUSIC! The release glances at
the history of Mitä? but I also tried to make it an actually
INTERESTING listen with lots of variation and incoherently coherent
entity.

I took a long time to process this into the
modern-artish freak that it became. The musickstyles vary between
avant-garde noise, to plain avant-garde, humour, midi-beeping,
patheticness, harsh noise, my own "obscure post-shitcore"-sound (at some
point I thought its cool to have an own genre and it does describe the
sound pretty good). Also there are some acoustic stuff and odd dark
ambient + experiments.
